I loaded my cameras just now and notice all my stored videos from the last 7 days are deleted? It’s now asking me to pick a smart plan. The reason I bought the cameras a year ago was due to the no subscription element. Has this changed? I’ll be really disappointed if it has having invested in this system.

Have you tried to reboot your base station and test again? Are your videos appearing in the library on the web portal?
