I don’t have any paid subscription and never had...with zero issues. I recently was having issues with one of my cameras and bought a new one, Arlo Pro 2, to replace the old one. Added it to the base station and I am getting a notification that it won’t work because I don’t have a paid Arlo Smart Subscription? That doesn’t sound or feel right. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Have you removed the old camera from your account since it may have gone over 5 cams for free 7 day plan. Just a start since you never stated how may cameras you have. The Pro2 and older should be good for the 7 day free plan for 5 cams.
