So I've had arlo smart for awhile and have set up activity zones with out the camera being plugged in to ac power. Now, all of a sudden its requiring me to plug it in to use the feature and I'm recieving all sorts of notifications. Anyone know whats going on?

Nice truck by the way. Have you tried to reboot the base station? What firmware is the camera & base station running?

Yes I have, and it was up to date. So what I found was during the last billing cycle, the system charged me for smart for 3 cameras, but only gave me a subscription for one camera. So i had to purchase it again and they refunded me for it. So now i have access to the smart features, but the activity zones say they have to be plugged in on the app only. Not the the website on a computer.

So they are set and functioning through the PC, just not the app?

Thanks. Yes. The app will tell me ac power is required, and pc will not.

What Device/model/OS are you using? what version of the Arlo Mobile App are you running?

I use android. It should be the most recent. 2.6.5_23400
