No alerts / recording if more than 1 activity zone

Hi

 

I have an odd shaped area to cover and want to avoid multiple alerts being triggered outside of an "alert zone". For that reason I have tried to set up 3 activity zones. However when the 3 zones are being used I get no alerts for motion nor any video recording. If I delete 2 of the zones (i.e. go back to using one only) then the alerts and recordings resume.

 

What am I doing wrong?

I have the same issue. Best would be for you to open a support ticket. The more of us that report the issue, the sooner it'll get fixed

I was getting extremely frustrated with this same issue. I didn't realize it was the activity zones until I read the responses here.  Thank you guys for clearing that part up for me. I did the reset and resync procedure and I noticed that this problem happens more with my cameras that are on solar battery power. My cameras that are plugged in did not have the activity zone issue after resyncing. I hope Arlo is working on a firmware or software update. I would like to use ALL of the zones.
