Trying to update Payment Method

I get notifications that there's something wrong with my Mastercard.

Says: Payment card ending in ????  EXPIRED

It is a new card!

I tried switching to another card and the same thing happened. 

I have searched everywhere to find a way to contact you without any succes??

As I would like to keep my subscription I hope you will respond asap!

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further.
