Does anybody know how to contact Arlo's 24/7 Live Security Experts?
I installed the security alarm system, and subscribed to the "Arlo Safe And Secure Pro" service.
The system was activated twice when we were not at home (while set to "Arm Away"). Seemed like false alarms, but the siren was probably activated and annoyed the entire neighborhood at 5AM.
No one called me to notify about the alarms, and there is no phone number to contact the "Experts" to understand what was the issue and why no one called back.
When calling Arlo support they sent me a document on how to set the emergency numbers (police, fire and medical). For that, I don't need to pay 24/7 monitoring experts.

SpringTime,
To utilize this feature, you must first complete Emergency Response setup within the Arlo Secure mobile app.
For more information on how to finish this setup, see here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062982/How-do-I-set-up-Emergency-Response-for-my-Location-on-the-Arlo-Secure-...

Thanks for the response.
Maybe I'm missing something, but the ER numbers are used when someone clicks a button on the alarm system (police\fire\medical). However, what happens when an alarm event is triggered (in home away mode for example)? Will the police will be notified and arrive or someone will first call me to find out if this is a false alarm or not?

SpringTime,
When an alarm event is triggered, you will have a grace period to stop the alarm activation (entry delay). Once countdown expires, you will receive a call and SMS from the 24*7 monitoring agent, along with any other contacts nominated in Emergency Contacts list. If there is no further feedback within a timely manner, the agent will dispatch appropriate emergency response depending on the trigger type (eg. door open while armed will result in police being sent).
You can refer to the following documentation for more information on this: https://downloads.arlo.com/support/arlo-home-security-system/201-50585-02_Arlo_Home_Security_System_...
