Do you mean Arm Away and Arm Home? Or something about the alarm? As many details about what you're trying to do would be useful.

Nothing else to do with the Alarm

On the keypad, the left button at the top (empty house) is for Arm Away while the middle one (house with person in it) is for Arm Home. Press those as appropriate. In the app, go to the Dashboard and select the needed mode there.

You said  you were printing it in post 7 - so I am confused.

The guide is just a pdf file, there is nothing to install.

Which is what you printed.  Not named properly on the website, since the manual itself is titled "Quick Reference Guide".
