You can get to support through the app as well if there is a subscription. Looking at the email address that was provided I do not see an Arlo account under that email address.

Hello. Okay so i had my arlo cameras working and operating about a year ago. I was going thru issues and my subscription expired and i also lost internet. I recently just got internet and was trying to connect my arlo to my wifi. I had AT&T for internet and i still have them now. So my question or what i need help is im trying to get my cameras up and working. I have not purchased a subscription package yet through the web yet. Do i need to do that first or im not sure?

Did you remove your cameras from your Arlo account (or delete the account)?
If not, can you still log into your Arlo account?

Yes i can At ill log in the arlo account
i still have all 4 cameras. Charged. Just unable to connect it says

- What model are the cameras? Were they connected through a base/smarthub?
- Also, are the cameras still shown in your account (just off-line)???

If the housings open, then take out the camera body and remove the battery. There is a label inside.
If the housings do not open, then you likely have the first generation Essential cameras. Look closely at the rubber gasket around the charging port. There is a part number embossed on it. It's hard to read, but if you aim a smartphone camera at it at the right angle it will pick it up.
