Trying to setup my security system, I've gone into Device, tapped + and opened the device list. I'm seeing the ability to add cameras, lights, doorbells, base hub, but no security system. Is there another way to add it?

It is not available in New Zealand that is why you are unable to onboard it successfully.

Would’ve been nice to know that before purchasing it, as there was nothing on the Arlo website or anywhere else that explicitly stated it wouldn’t work. What do I do with it now??

Can you return it to where it was purchased?

No, it took too long to arrive and the timeframe for returns on the arlo website has expired by the time I received it.

In general, the returns period usually starts from the day you received your delivery, at least in the UK and the EU, and not from the day your purchase was despatched, given exactly the issue with occasional long delivery times. More specially, what counts is you notifying a company that you want to cancel your order/return.
However, check Arlo's T&C, though I'd be surprised if it said you'd have a specific timeframe to return from the day of despatch, rather than delivery.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
