Camera not recording

Hi my camera its not recordning. I will buy 24/7 plan and its not worlking double time take money from my account but still doesnt work. How i can fic this?

WHich camera? Is it powered from the wall (needed for battery cameras)? ALso, to be clear, this is for the CVR subscription, right?

Yes on the wall but i have battery i pay plan 24/7 so why dont  recording? What more need   to be working properly?

I didint have any option to add  CVR to my account   and why if its plan 24/7 recording need to add separetly?

CVR is only offered for some camera models.  Plus it requires the camera to be powered from an AC charger and that the camera be paired with an Arlo Hub.

  1. What camera model do you have?
  2. Do you also have an Arlo Hub
  3. Is your camera being charged with an AC charger?
