We have a camera that stopped working on the 18th November opened a case with Arlo they told us to reset but we can’t get camera to fire back up, now they won’t respond to emails or phone? And it’s within the 2 years don’t want to start with trading standards if someone know how to get them to respond all the case says is open?

More than likely you need Arlo to put some time on your camera in order for it to have a data connection so it can connect.
