I can't find from PC my arlo GO camera. I use latest version of Firefox. I have account. As page required select arlo camera, then check SIM card, then as requested push synchronization button, get "click"sound and LED on camera start blink, then scan QR code - get chime sound. LED on camera start blink blue/purple, then start blink red and after LED switched off. App continue to looking for device til message - can't find device appears.

Unfortunately no. I reset camera to factory settings but it anyway don't connect to cloud.

I would check with the cell provider to verify the SIM card is ok. How old is the camera - any chance it's still under warranty?
