Can our Arlo work on a cruise ship as a stand-alone item?

 In light of the recent sexual assault is that I've been televised on the news for cruise ships, which Arlo product would you recommend that would function as a standalone system on her cruise liner?

A Q would work if there's no login needed to utilize the ship's WiFi.  Otherwise, the Go would be the solution if there's cell service for the appropriate carrier (the cameras use either AT&T or Verizon, depending on the model).  Upload speeds could be an issue so using the optimized setting for video quality may be the best you can use.
