I purchased 15 minute annual subscription plan for Arlo Go, and then almost immediately realized that this would not be sufficient. If I now go to change the plan, it looks like I am supposed to purchase the upgraded plan for full price? No credit available for the 11 months, 20+ days of the unused lower tier plan that I just purchased? That is ridiculous if true. I understand perhaps not crediting for downgrading, but you're not going to credit me if I upgrade?

BrahmanProp,
You should receive a credit for the unused portion of the subscription after completing the plan change. If you do not receive a refund, please let me know.
