Arlo go. CLoud downloading, does it use data on your LTE plan?

I would just like to know when im using my data on my verizon plan?  Does it use data to download your videos from the cloud?

Any downloads from the cloud to your computer or phone has no connection to the cameraa since the videos are already in the cloud.
