After 2 months of flawless service, on the evening of May 7, my Arlo Go stopped detecting motion. Audio detection still works and the solar panel keeps it between 95%-100% charged. I tried resetting it a few times, using the app to try to get it to change the settings for motion detection, then I read something on a forum that you have to take out the battery, remove it from your account and then re-add it in. It worked for about 2 or 3 hours. A neighbor had a truck stolen and the thieves staged the heist from our parking lot. It could have been avoided. I've already wasted 3 hours on the phone with AT&T and I didn't see anything in the support section that doesn't blame me for it not working. Maybe someone on the forum could help?

Are you changing the motion sensitivity in your modes and rules? The motion test doesn't save, just gives you a number for your modes/rules. Also, remember that the camera will only detect people to ~20 feet, depending on positioning and sensitivity setting.

I didn’t change anything and it stopped recording. I changed every setting I could. What worked (thus far) is to unplug battery from camera, remove from my network, put battery back in, add to devices, and reinstall camera. I did it first time and it lasted 3-4 hours but so far, it’s lasted a few days. I received no notification of software updates but it feels like perhaps that could be the real cause, mostly because I did literally nothing , and suddenly it stopped working. I know of no way for a person to change a setting like that remotely without being having hacked it, unlikely, so it had to be a glitch.
