I'm about to throw the Arlo GO (2x) out of the window, I have been trying to get it to scan the QR code to add a device for many times now. I have also been in contact with Arlo support to no avail, they recommended to send the devices back and they will ship out refurbished one's, but that will take weeks, with no camera security in that period. So my last resort is to ask for the Arlo GO community if you have any other suggestions:
I have tried:
- Resetting it using the special reset QR code
- I have removed the battery many times
- I have tried using different SIM cards (there's no sim lock on them)
Arlo GO seem to be hit and miss in performance, its often offline when it does seem to work (I have 3 GO camera's of which two are now malfunctioning) and doesn't allow for the QR to be scanned.
