Arlo App Takes Forever To Connect On Andriod

the app takes long time to connect to the camera, and sometimes it does not connect at all

Does this occur on WIFI or Cellular Data? What version of the Arlo Mobile App do you have installed & what device/model/OS are you using?

occurs on both wifi and cellular, i am  running version 2.6.5 23400, i am using the arlo go camera with the arlo data plan, with a andriod phone

Have you tried to reboot your Arlo Go and test again?
