I purchased an Arlo hub / base station (I think VMB3010) and 3-camera (basic, I think VMC5040) about 7 years ago. I recently added a Go 2 camera to the portfolio (4 months ago). Set up and operation was working smoothly until a few weeks ago. Now the Go 2 does not record video or send an e-mail alert (only get push notification). It will not allow me to select to record video on the settings for a mode. It says I need cloud storage, but I never needed it before (always got 2 weeks of storage via my hub). How can I get video recordings back for my Go 2? I still get them for my original 3 cameras.

At a glance it is likely that the trial subscription for the go2 camera has ended.
Any arlo camera models after the pro2 require a paid subscription plan to record to the arlo cloud once the free trial plan expires.

Likely not this combination - the VMC5040 is the Ultra camera, and it is not compatible with a VMB3010 base.
You can (and should) check the models. There is a VMBxxxx label on the base. If you take the camera out of the housing and remove the battery, then you will find a label inside.
Another way to tell is to go into the support area of the app, select the device, and scroll down to the product id field.
