 Hi,

I’ve bought 2 GO 2.

I’ve setup Arlo secure and reinstalled everything multiple times but the rules are always greyed out and cannot be used both on the PC or my iPhone.

how can this be solved as this is really annoying.

Yes,

that’s a known problem, the Go cameras are not compatible with the newest UI, you need to contact the support team in your country.

its kinda annoying that you’re not warned about it even if it’s a known problem.

they’ve downgraded my account UI and now it works.

I'm not sure that it would make a difference but do you have any sort of subscription for the camera(s)?

Yes I do have the Arlo secure multi camera

Try canceling the old, legacy subscription and subscribe to one of the current ones.

That’s what I did, I’ve canceled the free subscription and made a new one.

removed and reinstalled the cameras on the new subscription without change

In the app, use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
