My Arlo go to with solar panel

Reading these posts it says there is a software fix for my solar panel not charging. I have not had that fix. I still have a problem. My solar panel will not charge. I had long discussions with the customer service they never told me about the fix.  I read it on this formum. I need a fix for my solar panel not charging.

The solar panel has no firmware (or software).   

Cameras do have firmware, which is regularly updated - and recently some models (not all) had a bug that interfered with the solar panel charging. But I don't think the Go 2 was one of those cameras.

Please post the firmware version you are currently running on the camera, and also what country you are in.  The mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) should be able to tell you if the firmware is up to date or not.

(The country does matter, so please do include that).
