I've had my GO 2 camera for 3 months and it stopped recording video clips to my phone a few days ago. The camera is working just not recording. I use it inside and WI-Fi free.  Hard to get any technical support.

Do you have an Arlo Secure Subscription?

1. Tried logging out of the app and then logging back in? 

2. Do you have a subscription?-( is your free trial expired?) If you have a subscription-go to settings/subscription/support/subscription-scroll down for Arlo support contact info. 

3. You may have to do a reset-if so- they can walk you through it. It’s not hard just a PITA-😜
