At least in the past the link was truncated in the email. Try right-clicking on it (or long press on a phone) and copy the URL to be pasted into the browser.

I do not understand 'try right-clicking on it' - right clicking on what?

 - Try right-clicking on it (or long press on a phone) and copy the URL

I click on UPDATE to update my case with my address as requested but it will not allow me to update

That refers to right-clicking (if using a computer) or long pressing (if using a phone) on the link in the email so you can copy the full URL.

Tried this and tried different browser and no difference so this does not help.

Just to check what you mean by the link, is it the update button?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I do not know what dm means, and I can not find -then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

It stands for "Direct Message".  The forum software calls it "Private Message" so "PM" means the same as "DM".

Start by looking for the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page:

pm.png

If you don't see it there, then click on your profile icon, and choose "my settings".  The setting screen @BrookeN is talking about is here:

pmsettings.png

So select "Preferences" in the top bar first, then you should see "Private Messenger" in the bar underneath that.
