Go 2 offline after charging

Bought 3 cameras in 11/14/24 I install them and they worked good for a few months. They showed low batteries, I took them down to charge and they haven't worked since. I have tried to reinstall, but with no luck.  I am an old man and having troulble. please help

WHat happens when you first insert the battery? You should get a brief blue blink indicating power is applied. How low was the battery level when you tried charging them?
