Ok, just bought a used essential indoor/outdoor camera. I wanted to add it to my existing multiple camera account. I did not realize that I was given a free 3 month trial for this until after I connected it to my wifi cameras. My question is how do I cancel this free trial before my monthly payment goes up? I've tried contacting Arlo but 3 times now and they haven't called back yet. I've tried talking or explaining my issues to their chat line but I kept getting the run around. Can anyone give me some advice that can help me out PLEASE? Thank you!

It should automatically move to your existing multi-camera subscription when the trial ends.
