removed device from account due to low battery from solar panel. tried multiple ways to charge camera with no success. camera will not charge. cannot add device as no blue light appears or amber light . sync process cannot be completed. can't default to factory settings with no blinking light. what else can I do. the camera is one year old. I have 4 others of various generations.
