This Essential Spotlight VMC2230 has been installed for around 18 months, and after some cold weather in last week , the image has become blurry and unfocused. The lens has been cleaned with lens cleaner but there has not any improvement. I have trying it in a new location and it is not due to its location or signal strength. Arlo support chat bot is not helpful. Does anyone know what is causing this? or how to fix it? Can the camera lose it's fixed focus?

That's an interesting view (would be if it were for artistic purposes). I see some leaves in focus but "fuzzed out" like the rest of the shot. My guess is that something in the lens assembly or possibly the sensor has shifted and there's no reasonable way to fix it. I suppose some moisture may have crept in and the view will improve when it dries out. You could try using the same drying procedure as for a cell phone as a last gasp.
