any suggestions on sound? and how do i record notifications in my feed without a subscription?

Cloud recording requires a subscription for all currently sold Arlo cameras.

Are you saying that when you use the two-way talk feature, the person near the camera cannot hear you?
Or are you saying that you cannot hear any audio when livestreaming the camera?
If you have earbuds, try using them. If not, hold the phone to your ear (not looking at the video), and see if you can then hear sound. There are some phones (particularly some Samsung models) where the volume is very low (suggesting to me that the phone isn't switching to loudspeaker mode). I don't know of any good workaround, but perhaps others here might have some ideas.

I have it set to record the video and send notification to my phone when motion detected. The video are not recording. Is this no longer an option for this particular camera? I have it and 2 other but they are the PROs.the pro will send video but not this one.

Do you have a subscription for the camera? Essentials (like all currently sold Arlo cameras) need a subscription to get cloud storage.
