I have an ARLO essential that no longer turns on or battery charges. When looking on the app it still shows 9% left on the battery but states too low needs to charge. I attempted to charge the battery and will not charge and state to connect to a compatible charger which it is. I have attempted to hold down the sync button and get no response and no blue or amber lights. I am unsure what to do at this point. It was working fine and attached to a solar panel but due to activity i guess it slowly died. Any tips or changing out battery?? what should i do?
