Camera on in colour during the day only with night vision turned off strange turn night vision back on and its in black and white,any ideas?

SOunds like the ambient light level is below the color threshold. Is the spotlight enabled in the camera settings and appropriate rules?

Yes all setting are right my other 3 are all set the same and they are all good,

Swap cameras around to see if the issue is the location or the camera. If you can determine that it's the camera, remove it from your account and add it back in to see if that helps.
