I just change the password of the wifi and the name of my camera , they send me an email that I am no more have my subscription!

Was this the trial subscription, or a paid subscription?

 

If a trial, when was the doorbell first onboarded?

It's possible that the subscription is still there, but the doorbell got moved out of the plan when you reconfigured it.

 

Check the subscription area of the app (or my.arlo.com) and see if the subscription is there.  If the doorbell as listed as "no plan" in manage cameras, then you should be able to drag it back into the subscription.  Sometimes this is easier to do in my.arlo.com.
