Can't add another Essential Camera to my account

I have a business subscription and I am unable to add another camera. when I go through the process using my Arlo App everything goes smoothly. The camera chimes but then it is unable to locate the camera.

Try factory resetting the camera using the following method ( also be sure the camera is fully charged before factory resetting): https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

 

After the reset is complete, attempt onboarding again. Do you still experience the same behavior?

That solution did not work. Any other suggestions.

Assuming this is a faulty camera, swap at the store.
