VMS3430.Wireless cameras Setting don't respond

My wireless cameras only had for 4 yrs. Why are they stating EOL???  I will file a complaint to AGO & Conserner Affairs for this? Settings never worked when they give you a choice for recording areas on the cameras. Sencored never worked right and they shut down camera stating battery needs changing when battery still has 37% on it. Constallymhaving to go outside , take down camera & reboot for no reason.

My wireless camera's don't need subscription. Why dies Arlo not provide ANY  SUPPzoRT ???!!!!
