Arlo has apparently lost any memory of my monthly subscription.  Well, except the monthly charge of course.  Only recourse appears to be a credit card charge-back because there seems to be no way to contact a live agent without an account.  If not resolved soon I’m back in the Nest…..

Can you provide more detail regarding this subscription issue you are experiencing? Are you missing recordings, features?

Never lost any access I was simply not listed as having a subscription so couldn’t speak to a live agent or open a trouble ticket.  All fixed the day after this post.  Well, my subscription reappeared and was able to open a ticket.  Still waiting on a response….
