Why is the playback sound on one of my Essential outdoor camera’s so poorly low even though I have speaker and microphone settings both set at 100%. The other essential camera is fine? Thanks

Are both cameras the same model?

Yes, they are both the same cameras but yet one of them has poor sound volume.

If you swap locations with the working camera. Does the issue follow the camera or the location?
