Essential XL -camera not found when trying to add my wife

I installed my Essential XL spotlight camera. It was working fine until I tried a few times to add my wife. Now, I get a notice that my device can not be found. I do not have a hub. Any suggestions? Joe

If you've already set up the camera on your account, you cannot add the device again on another account, it must be shared. Take a look here for instructions on how to share a camera: https://kb.arlo.com/000062933/How-do-I-add-friends-on-my-Arlo-Secure-app-Arlo-Secure-4-0
