I purchased two of these cameras less than two month ago and set them up one indoor and one outdoor.

 

However, the outdoor one stopped saving video clips a week ago (The indoor one is good). What’s worse, there is no option to set up active zone anymore (indoor one no issue). The detection seems fine as well.


I reset, remove and added back this device. No luck. The only thing I can do right now is live streaming.

 

Is this a software or hardware issue?

How can I fix it by myself?

Would I be eligible for a replacement?

At a glance it suggests that the trial subscription for the outside camera has ended.

Check under app settings/support/outside camera.
