I added a third essential camera to my system, after the free trial it quit recording alerts, it gives me alerts but it doesn't record the event, what's the problem? Please help, Kevin

You need a subscription to record to the cloud. Your trial ran out so use Settings, Subscription to add one.

Why do my older cameras continue to re ord without a subscription

Assuming that the older cameras are no newer than Pro 2 (you didn't specify), they still have the free 7 day plan. Anything newer than the Pro 2 needs a subscription. That's why you got the trial, to get you started.
