How can I get ahold of Arlo in person to help with reoccurring subscription that was cancelled

I cancelled my subscription. My account indicates I cancelled it and would no longer have access to recordings after Jan 8, 2021 but I just discovered they are still charging my credit card every month! I can't cancel again as it says I have no current subscription, and if I dispute the charge I have to get a new credit card, which is nightmare! I am not trying to get money back, I jsut don't want any further charges. This company is TERRIBLE at customer service
