Need a lot more details such as how much recording and live viewing time per day, on average, the camera gets as well as whether you have a Smart or Secure plan. In addition, it can be signal strength/quality that the issue - has anything been added or moved in the environment that also uses the 2.4GHz band? If you have more than one camera, swap cameras around to see if it's the location or camera that's the problem. If only one camera, move it to another location to see if the same thinng happens.
