HomeKit token reset

Hi,

My HomeKit setup is stuck on “discovering your device. Please wait”. It’s working great before, but I removed by mistake now doesn’t matter I’d i use my iPhone or iPad. I’ve seen in other posts that you can send a token to fix this please . Unfortunately, none of those thReads were open for me to reply to.
please help!
