When trying to activate geofencing for my wife's phone I get a message saying something like " Turn on location for Arlo"!? I have turned it on on her phone so don't understand why I can't activate her geofencing on my phone? BTW, geofencing works with my phone.

At least on Iphone go to phone settings then scroll down to the apps and select Arlo. There is a setting for allow location. It is the first one and you should enable it if you haven't. It is different then enable the phone itself.
