The app kicked us both out and neither of us can sign back into account. It says devices not recognized and when we have a push notifictation sent it never comes.  Can't do the email as that account is no longer accessible.  We have 5 cameras and our base station. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!

FWIW, you should have changed the email on the Arlo account before that happened.

 

I'm tagging the mods ( @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC ) so they can create a support ticket on your behalf.

 

After you regain access, make sure you are using an email address that works.  Also consider adding SMS as a verification method.
