Essential wireless camera - camera needs to warm up.

My camera rarely works. Cold temperatures in MN and alerts state the camera needs to warm up. The front camera is constantly offline. Alerts that battery is low. solar panel is attached and positioned in direct sunlight. Anyone experiencing these issues? I travel and need my cameras to work properly. I haven’t had them a year.

The cameras will stop charging to protect the battery below 32F so the solar panel won't charge them.  The cameras are rated to work to -4F before they shut down.
