Try repositioning the cam to have the street out of view. The sun or headlight reflections could be triggering them in your Activity Zones. The top one third of the view does not record as in the first link.
How do I position my Arlo Ultra camera to detect motion in specific areas?

Hi, this camera is mounted above my garage and will have some part of the street which cannot be avoided. There is no reflection from my analysis and its not night time headlight or sunlight or anything that is reflected. It's a clear image but movement outside my activity zone is picked up for no reason.

This is from my doorbell. Activity zone is a box well below the grass line.
Do you have audio alerts enabled? There is sound at about the end of the lookback period.
You could try resetting the boundary to just cover the porch. If that eliminates the false triggers, you can shift it more towards the sidewalk until you find the spot that begins to trigger.
FWIW, my own indoor essential doesn't have this problem. It also has the activity zone set to at a public sidewalk edge. It will detect people (and pets) on the lawn, but isn't triggering on vehicles in the street or pedestrians that stay on the sidewalk.
