We're setting up our cameras, and I'm trying to grant access to my husband's phone, but every time he logs in I get logged out. Can we both be logged in at the same time?

There is a primary user and then granted access…

If signing in with same Id/pw the other user is always knocked offline.

So the primary user grants access to a secondary user ( they have their own ID and pw ) for it to work properly 

then both can be online at same time with limited rights for the secondary user

He is using his own login information, and it's still kicking me out
