Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras (3) and a Essential Wire-less Doorbell/Camera.
Ordered online, installed all, seemed to work but one camera was all red.
Returned/replaced the defective camera. Split by dual band wifi into 2.5 and 5 so I can specifically connect with a 2.4 GHz wifi. Now two of the three cameras can't be found during the discovery part of installation - even though everything is on my desk within 5 feet of the router.
I tried chatting with Arlo Support, waited to be connected to agent - once connected the agent never responded.
This is far more frustrating than my previous two Arlo installations at other addresses (ie. not my first rodeo)!!!

Have you tried onboarding the cameras from the PC browser (my.arlo.com). Obviously that won't work for the doorbell.
what router are you using (manufacturer and model please)?
