Hello like everyone else I cannot get HomeKit to find my cameras. Should be easy to locate and setup HomeKit but for some reason Arlo has made this a difficult process do I need a token reset

Joepepperz,

Unplug the power from your base station, plug back in and allow the base station to come back online. Then attempt to set up HomeKit using the instructions linked in my post above.

You need a base station for this feature - do you have one?

OK.  If the essentials are connected to the base, you should be able to set it up.

Instructions are here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062279/How-do-I-connect-my-Arlo-device-to-Apple-HomeKit

If it fails, then post back and ask for a token reset.

Not something I can do - only Arlo folks can.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

When I choose HomeKit from inside Arlo app don’t find any devices what is it that I’m missing here to locate the base I’m standing in front of it. Do I unplug the Ethernet cable to modem

Is your mobile device connected to the same network as your base station? Be sure you're following the instructions as they are listed here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062279/How-do-I-connect-my-Arlo-device-to-Apple-HomeKit
