Constant low battery alerts, This happened 10-17-21 and now the camera that was malfunctioning will not sync and is basically useless. Its a year old. Please fix this Arlo

What does the LED display when pressing the sync button? Have you tried to pair over the web portal as well?

the led does what its supposed to .blue blinks im unfamiliar with the web portal..i have 2 of these and the other connected no problem

Have you removed the camera from the device settings? Can you try on My Arlo.com by navigating to the Devices tab > Scroll down > Add New Device

Yes. Removed tried to reconnect
It “connected” today only to have a spinning wheel and a message that says its offline.
At this point it has to be a defective camera. I will be trying to get a new one
