I’ve been charging my camera all day and it still shows 10% charge. Any ideas why? Any suggestions as to solving this mystery? I appreciate your help in this issue. Thank you.

What does the battery icon show? Is there a lightning bolt through the battery? If not, the cable isn't connected properly or the charger isn't working. Do you have another cable and charger to try?

I was able to get the camera charged in August. No I have two cameras that do not charge. I got stuck in the long and complicated process following the directions online. I have tried different cables and chargers. No help. Please advise what to do next. I cannot see the lightning bolt icon because I have taken the cameras off my account per directions for reconnecting cameras to my router.
